She is actually visiting her Nana, who lives in Marble Hill, but came to visit Aunt Beth for a couple of days. She and I had some errands to run in Jasper and on the way out of Bent Tree, we saw a mama bear and her two cubs and a couple of deer-one with her baby. We went by the post office, to Crust for lunch, to the play ground at the Duck Pond, the water falls on Cove Road and down to Lake Tamarack to see the geese. Boy am I worn out!

Then later that evening, we were out on the deck blowing bubbles and at dark, we were catching fireflies; how much activity and fun can two people do in one day?

It was a lot of fun spending some time with her and I totally enjoyed being around a young person again, but boy am I worn out!mama-bear-2
