Do you know how hard it is to locate a carpet cleaner in Pickens County? How do you find carpet cleaners? I looked in the phone book, I googled ‘Carpet Cleaner, Jasper, Pickens County, GA’, I looked on the Chamber of Commerce member page and I even called a carpet store and they recommended someone out of Acworth!!! So what is a person to do???
We had guests arriving from out of town and we called a carpet cleaner that we’ve known and used for many years. The day he was to show up, we had rain and it was a nasty day and he asked if it would be okay to reschedule…I said that would be fine and we rescheduled for two days later. I told him that I had to have the carpets cleaned before the following Tuesday, which was when our guests were arriving. He said that wouldn’t be a problem.
When the day arrived for him to come and clean the carpets, he called to say that a piece of cleaning equipment broke and he would need to reschedule again…I told him not to worry about it.
I got a bottle of Resolve and just spot cleaned the carpet and rugs and let it go.
But now we have a big function next week here in Jasper (our 3-day inspector workshop) and we have 10 guests invited to our house for dinner one of the evenings. My husband said, ‘we have got to find a carpet cleaner’! Great story Beth. Its nice to know there is still at least one carpet cleaning company out there who understand customer service and can get the job done right. I really like the fact that they use green and environmentally friendly products. That is really cool!

I was having the same problem Beth listed above was having. I called one company in Ellijay and they quoted me $500!!!! to clean the carpet in 3 bedrooms, 1 hallway, 1 living room and the staircase.
I then did a google search and got this website. I called Don and he answered right away. He is able to come and clean the carpet exactly when I need him and he will charge a fair price of $168.00. I found him to be very professional.

Although this is an older posting, I came across it a couple of weeks ago as I “googled” carpet cleaners in Jasper / Ellijay. Much to my dismay, the choices seemed few & far between for our area. I called OxiFresh & Don came out to my parents’ home this past weekend. Their carpets had not been cleaned in 10+ years (!!!), and OxiFresh took care of all the stains & odors with ease. Don’s work was quick & efficient, and he was a pleasure to have out. Definitely will use again in the future!
