Pickens “Stupid Pet Tricks” Video Contest “Official Rules”
The Stupid Pet Tricks Contest is a part of the
2008 Fur Ball Fundraiser benefiting Pickens Animal Rescue.
1. You must be from Pickens County or an area community.
2. Videos are submitted to us through www.YouTube.com/pickensfurball
3. Once you have uploaded your video onto YouTube.com go to our Channel and SEND A MESSAGE with your Channel and video location. We will add your video to our FAVORITES. This is where you can view all submitted entries.
4. Videos will be accepted through September 26th, 2008. You may submit more than one pet trick video, but, they must be yours.
5. Our Fur Ball Committee will choose 6 FAVORITES as finalists in our contest and these 6 videos will be added to our website www.pickensfurball.org by Sept. 30th.
6. All Finalists will be contacted via information provided to us. Our Committee reserves the right to meet you & your pet to verify authenticity.
7. Voting for your favorite video will begin Oct. 1st through Oct. 24th, 2008 on our website. The VOTE HERE button will connect you to a PayPal screen. Each $1.00 Donated = 1 Vote. Remember this is a fundraiser!
8. Voting with Cash or Check donations can be done at the Rescued Furniture Store, 371 North Main St., Jasper, GA 30143. Thurs-Sat from 10am – 4pm or mail checks to Fur Ball “Stupid Pet Tricks” Contest, P.O. Box 45, Jasper, GA 30143. Make sure you specify the name of the video you are donating / voting for.
9. The WINNER will be contacted on Oct. 25th to receive 2 Fur Ball Tickets (a $200 Value) and Round-trip Limousine Service (60 mile RT limitation) the evening of the event.
