‘Don’t Breed or Buy While Shelter Pets Die’ -
This is a saying a good friend of mine from Wichita Falls, Texas, who is a big time volunteer with their animal shelter, has on her email signature.
She also has No Birth Is the First Step To No Kill!
These poor animals had no more of a decision to be born than children do. If you take on the responsibilities of a pet then you should own up and be more Accountable!

Don’t Forget! Tomorrow is the Pickens Animal Rescue’s 5th Annual FurBall. This is a great event that happens every year and is put on by the many Volunteers of Pickens Animal Rescue. Many come together for this event to help the animals of Pickens County!
