You may want to get up early tomorrow as there is a lot going on…for me, I’m going to go by the Kids Fishing Rodeo Day at Cove Creek on Cove Road. Sponsored by Pickens County Sportsman Club and Georgia Department of Natural Resources, children 15 and under can fish for trout in Cove Creek. Hot dogs and drinks available.
Then I will be going over to the Jasper Farmers Market. At 10am, Zach White plans to give a presentation about his 6 favorite annuals that he plants at Reinhardt University. These annuals will give annual color to your garden from spring to frost. He will also have plenty of Angelwing Begonias, Geraniums, Extreme mix Impatients, some Victoria Blue Salvia and much more available for sale!
Zach White’s presentation on “Annuals that bloom from spring to frost” Free flowering annuals. Sign up at the Master Gardeners Table – (per Zach – I am going to talk about my 6 favorite annuals we use at Reinhardt University on our Grounds that are heat and drought tolerant and that keep blooming and give color on our campus till October).

Be sure to be at the market at 10am for this great educational talk from Zach White.
Hope to see you there!
I then plan to meet my son – he is fixing me a very healthy lunch and I truly look forward to my day tomorrow!

And later in the afternoon, I’m going by my friend’s new store, Junktiques at 23 Mary Street, which is at the corner of Mary Street and Highway 53, across from the Middle School and right next to the Chamber park – Used to be the Floral shop. Stop by if you have a minute and talk with Marilyn give her a call 706 253 2295
