Join us for the Veterans Memorial Park Dedication Ceremony!

We are excited to announce the completion of the expansion at the Veterans Memorial Park. On Friday, June 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM, we will honor the 55 Pickens County residents who gave their lives in past wars, including WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and Desert Storm. This event will be held on the Anniversary of D-Day.

The ceremony will occur at the newly expanded park between Hwy 53 (Church St.) and Lee Newton Park.

Come pay tribute to our heroes and their sacrifices. We look forward to seeing you there!
